Shipping Methods & Options It is conceivable products will be shipped from multiple shipping points, therefore shipping costs may vary. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling will be added to the cost of the order. Please call for shipping destinations outside the United States of America. Noble Brian is unable to provide HS codes for shipments being exported. We cannot ship perishable or refrigerated goods outside the United States of America. Shipping is variable on most products to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping is possible but you must request a quote from our customer service team. Upon receipt of an order Noble Brian processes the order within 48 hours. 89% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Noble Brian in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days. Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. This policy is strictly enforced.
